We want you to be stoked with your Printstream piece. Because these are specialized collector's items, we have a straightforward policy to keep things fair.
Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale: Due to the custom nature and limited availability of our physical models, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got your back. Please contact us at [Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

What we need: Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (including the packaging). If approved, we will ship out a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Eligibility for Replacements
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

Reported within the 48-hour window after delivery.
Refunds (If Applicable)
In the rare event that a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note it can take 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered the processing phase or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
