Order Processing
We know you want your gear ASAP. Most orders are processed and shipped within 6-12 business days. During high-demand "drop" periods, please allow a little extra time for us to ensure your piece is packed perfectly.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Domestic: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

International: Typically arrives within 9-12 business days, depending on your local customs office.
Tracking
Once your order hits the mail, you’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. We highly recommend shipping to a secure location or a monitored address. If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We cannot change the destination once the package has been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend it.
